After studying business administration at the University of Trier with focus on “Tax Law & Business Taxation”, which she successfully completed in 2004 with the degree “Diplom-Kauffrau”, Ms. Stähle worked for many years in Luxembourg, both in the tax department of international tax consulting and audit companies as well as for medium-sized Certified Tax Advisors and Experts-Comptables.
In 2017, Ms. Stähle decided to start her own business, initially with a branch in Nittel/Germany as a German Certified Tax Advisor (“Steuerberaterin”).
Additionally, in 2018, Ms. Stähle set up the company Stähle Fiduciaire Expert-Comptable S.à r.l. in Wasserbillig/Luxembourg, where she is active as Managing Director and Expert-Comptable.
Due to her double qualification as a Luxembourg Certified Public Accountant (“Expert-Comptable”) and German Certified Tax Advisor (“Steuerberaterin”), Ms. Stähle and her team advise and support their clients in the field of Luxembourg and German tax and accounting law.

Ms. Bösch successfully completed her studies in business administration with focus on “Audit & Controlling” in 2004 with the degree “Diplom-Kauffrau”.
After her studies, Ms. Bösch worked for eight years in the tax department of international tax consulting and audit companies in Luxembourg and obtained the Luxembourg professional qualification “Expert-Comptable” (Luxembourg Certified Public Accountant). Afterwards, she worked for many years for medium-sized Expert-Comptables in Luxembourg, with a special focus on tax compliance and annual accounting.
In November 2020, Ms. Bösch joined the team of Stähle Fiduciaire Expert-Comptable S.à r.l. in Wasserbillig/Luxembourg as Managing Director and Expert-Comptable.
Due to her professional qualification as Luxembourg Expert-Comptable, Ms. Bösch advises and supports her clients both with regard to the Luxembourg tax law and the Luxembourg accounting law.
